Everybody Wants To Be A Blog Star

So we’ve finally succumbed. We weren’t sure if we wanted to do it but after constant pressure from Bobby and Ben Hundreds – our LA family – and our internet superstar intern Tronics it’s time to get this party started right. You’ll still be getting the regular installments of musical knowledge (or not as the case may be) but on top of that it’s time to throw some Twelve Bar flavor in the mix so you can check out what’s going on in our world if it’s of any interest.

This may not be the best view in the world but I ain’t complaining as the sun is shining in LA and things are all good. We got here yesterday and already the locals have been showing us around. Ben Hundreds took out us out to his spot of choice for lunch which was a little high-brow place on 3rd Street where we had to wait about 45 minutes for a table which he started moaning about to his mum on the phone.

In the evening his co-pilot Bobby took us to a little low-brow spot out of town where we indulged in America’s favorite meal and found out what happens if you don’t have a haircut for 2973 years.

The burger haircut combination was about enough for me for one day and after I saw the big Keds advertisement across the street from our place I knew it was bedtime.

Why is everyone so obsessed with being cool these days? Last time I checked you were either cool or you weren’t and that was that. Anyway, enough philosophizing for now. I’m out like shout.
